钢套筒在富水粉细砂层盾构始发与接收中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 盾构始发及接收是盾构掘进过程中最危险的工序之一,尤其在地下水丰富的地层中,若没有采取相应的工程措施避免地下水的涌入,往往会造成灾难性的事故。由于常规的水泥系土体端头加固的方式存在一定的不均匀性,无法与盾构井井壁或者围护结构完全密贴,故渗流通道可能依然存在。考虑到此因素,在高水压地层盾构始发及接收采用钢套筒措施进行封闭,是该工序顺利实施的可靠保障。文章以长江漫滩富水粉细砂层的盾构工程为例,详细介绍了钢套筒在盾构始发及接收中的应用情况,为类似工程项目提供一定参考。 The Originating and Arriving of shield is one of the most dangerous processes in the process of shield tunneling,especially in the stratum rich in groundwater,if corresponding engineering measures are not taken to avoid the influx of groundwater,disastrous accidents will often occur.The seepage channel may still exist because the conventional cement-based soil end reinforcement method is uneven and cannot be completely adhered to the shield shaft wall or retaining structure.Given this factor,it is a reliable guarantee for the smooth implementation of this process to adopt steel sleeve measures for the originating and arriving of shield in high water pressure stratum.This paper,taking the shield engineering of water-rich silty sand layer in the floodplain of the Yangtze River as an example,introduces in detail the application of steel sleeve in shield launching and receiving,which can provide some reference for similar projects.
