摘要
目的:研究仙茅苷对体外培养的大鼠骨髓基质细胞的增殖及成骨分化的影响。方法:将仙茅苷(25μg/mL、50μg/mL、100μg/mL,200μg/mL)作用于体外培养的大鼠骨髓基质细胞,CCK-8法检测仙茅苷对细胞增殖的影响,碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性测定法进行ALP的表达情况的检测。结果:各浓度仙茅苷组均能促进大鼠骨髓基质细胞的增殖和碱性磷酸酶的表达(P<0.05),且在浓度为100μg/mL时作用最为显著。结论:仙茅苷对骨髓基质细胞的增殖有促进作用并能促进其成骨分化。
Objective:To observe the Effects of Curculigoside on proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of rat’s bone marrow stromal cells in vitro.Methods:Bone marrow stromal cells in vitro were cultured in medium contained different concentrations of Curculigoside(25μg/mL、50μg/mL、100μg/mL、200μg/mL).Cell Counting Kit-8 was used to test the proliferation of rat’s bone marrow stromal cells in vitro cultured with different concentrations of Curculigoside.ALP activity assay was used to observe the effects of osteogenic differentiation of rat’s bone marrow stromal cells in vitro cultured with Curculigoside.Results:Curculigoside enhanced the proliferation and ALP activity of rat’s bone marrow stromal cells in vitro(P<0.05),and 100μg/mL was the most effective one.Conclusion:Curculigoside could promote the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of rat’s bone marrow stromal cells in vitro.
