摘要
新型冠状病毒核酸检测实验室生物安全是新型冠状病毒核酸检测的重要保障,也是控制新型冠状病毒感染疫情的关键环节之一。本文从新型冠状病毒的病原学特点、实验室接触可能产生的风险、仪器设备风险、枪头等锐器风险、人员风险等多方面科学评估实验室的生物安全风险,总结防护经验,为应对将来可能发生的重大呼吸道传染病的实验室核酸检测所采取的个人安全防护措施提供参考,以提高我国整体应对核酸检测实验室突发公共卫生事件的能力。
The laboratory biosafety of nucleic acid testing laboratories for SARS-CoV-2 is a crucial guarantee for nucleic acid testing of SARS-CoV-2 and one of the key links to controlling the COVID-19 epidemic.This article scientifically assessed the laboratory biosafety risks from various perspectives,including the etiology characteristics of SARS-CoV-2,potential risks in laboratory contact,risk of instruments and equipment,risk of sharp objects such as pipet tips,risk of personnel,and other relevant factors,summarized protective experiences,so as to provide a reference for implementing personal safety precautions in laboratory nucleic acid testing of high-priority respiratory infectious diseases in the future and improve our country's overall ability to respond to public health emergencies in nucleic acid testing laboratories.
