新冠肺炎疫情防控期间产科住院医师相关培训状况的调查分析

摘要 目的 调查在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情(简称新冠疫情)防控期间浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院产科住院医师相关培训状况与效果反馈,为类似的公共卫生事件突发期间组织产科住院医师培训提供参考。方法 采用问卷调查方法,了解和分析浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院22名产科住院医师在新冠疫情防控期间的培训需求以及对现有培训内容、培训形式的满意度和接受度。结果 新冠疫情防控期间产科住院医师总体教学满意度最高的培训是“基于产科实际案例的互动培训”[(4.20±0.95)分]。在培训内容上,“基于新冠肺炎救治的理论培训”中的“新冠感染的诊断与治疗原则(包括医嘱模板的使用)”(68.2%,15/22),“基于个人防护与管理制度的实践培训”的全部内容(100.0%,22/22),以及“基于产科实际案例的互动培训”中的“孕产妇用药指导”(81.8%,18/22)是产科住院医师获益最多的培训内容。在培训形式上,产科住院医师对“基于产科实际案例的互动培训”的线下教学接受度最高,其评分为(3.32±1.51)分;对“基于新冠疫情救治的理论培训”的线下教学接受度最低,其评分仅为(1.73±1.15)分。“疫情高峰期派遣住院医师支援产科住院部”获得全部产科住院医师的认同(100.0%,22/22),支援医师最需要的培训内容是“值班期间产科病人常见病症的处理规范”(55.6%,5/9)。结论 新冠疫情防控期间产科住院医师的培训设计应当考虑到防疫需要和教与学的负担,培训内容上应当注重紧急和有针对性的需求,培训形式上可以选择大规模的线上理论培训或小规模的线下实践教学,从而获得较高的教学满意度和较好的培训效果。 Objective To investigate the clinical training status and effect of obstetric residents during the prevention and control of COVID-19 in Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine,in order to provide reference for the construction of obstetric training methods when similar public health events occur again.Methods A questionnaire survey was used to understand and analyze the training needs,satisfaction and acceptance of the existing training contents and training forms during the prevention and control of COVID-19 among 22 obstetric residents in Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine.Results“Interactive training based on practical obsteric cases”got the highest overall satisfaction from obstetric residents,scoring 4.20±0.95.In terms of training contents,“diagnosis and treatment principles of COVID-19 infection,including the use of the template of medical advice”from“theoretical training based on COVID-19 treatment”(68.2%,15/22),the full contents from“practical training based on individual protection and managent system”(100.0%,22/22)and“medication guidance for pregnant and postpartum women”from“interactive training based on practical obstetric cases”(81.8%,18/22),were the contents that obstetric residents benefited the most.In terms of training forms,residents had the highest acceptance of offline teaching with“interactive training based on practical obstertric cases”,with a score of 3.32±1.51,and the lowest acceptance of offline teaching with“theoretical training based on COVID-19 treatment”with a score of 1.73±1.15.“Dispatching resident to support obstetrics during the peak period of the epidemic”had gained recognition from all residents(100.0%,22/22),and the most needed training content for the supporting residents was“the treatment for common symptoms of obstetric patients during duty”(55.6%,5/9).Conclusions Designing a set of clinical training for obstetric residents during the COVID-19 pandemic should take into account both the need for epidemic prevention and control and the burden of teaching and learning.In terms of contents,it should focus on urgent and targeted needs.In terms of forms,large-scale online theoretical training or small-scale offline practical teaching can be chosen to achieve high satisfaction and good training effects.
