摘要
从M高校师范生课堂教学能力的内涵和现状出发,分析当前师范生课堂教学能力不足的成因,探讨教学经费投入、课程结构设置、教学技能训练和教育教研活动等对师范生课堂教学能力的影响,并从加大经费投入、优化课程体系、强化技能训练、落实教育教研活动等四个方面提出问题解决的方法和路径,为高校师范专业建设和师范生培养提供参考,为师范生课堂教学能力提升提供路径。
Starting from the connotation and current situation of classroom teaching ability of normal college students in M University,this paper analyzes the causes of inadequate classroom teaching ability of normal college students,and probes into the influences of teaching funds input,curriculum structure setting,teaching skills training and educational teaching and research activities on classroom teaching ability of normal college students.Methods and paths to solve the problem are proposed from four aspects:increasing funding investment,optimizing curriculum system,strengthening skill training,and implementing education,teaching and research activities,so as to provide references for the construction of normal major in colleges and universities and the training of normal students,and provide paths for the improvement of classroom teaching ability of normal students.
