摘要
对主数据的研究背景及国内外研究应用现状进行全面介绍;进行企业主数据治理的理论研究,包括主数据治理的构成、方法论及成熟度模型评估;以某集团为例,对物料主数据管理进行需求调研分析,剖析在信息化建设中遇到的问题,引入自然语言处理(NLP)技术,通过模型设计和逐步优化,实现物料分类梳理、属性提取、数据结构化、数据标准化、数据查重等环节的质效提升,设计出了一套适合某集团的物料主数据治理方案;对主数据管理平台进行架构设计、功能模块设计和接口集成设计,使其满足物料主数据管理的要求。与传统物料主数据建设模式比,本技术的核心在于:物料数据识别处理由智能算法代替人工,提高了工作质效,符合技术发展趋势,为包括某集团在内的众多大型企业采购物料标准化建设提供了新路径。
The main research contents of this paper are as follows.First,The research background of the main data and the application status of the domestic and foreign research are comprehensively introduced;secoud,theoretical research on the data governance of business owners is conducted,including the composition,methodology and maturity model evaluation of master data governance;third,take a certain group as an exanple,and conduct the demand research and analysis of the material data management,Analyze the problems encountered in the information construction,introduce NLP(natural language processing)technology,through the model design and the stepwise optimization,So as to improve the quality and efficiency of material classification and sorting,attribute extraction,data structuring,data standardization,data weight check and other links.A set of material master data management scheme suitable for the certain group is desiqned;Compared with the traditional material master data construction mode,the core of this technology lies in that the material data identification and processing is replaced by intelligent algorithm,which improves the quality and efficiency of work,is in line with the trend of technology development,and provides a new path for the standardization construction of the materials purchased by many large enterprises.
