摘要
为了探索分析幸福河湖建设经验,本文在分析淮安市古运河基本情况和特点的基础上,总结了古运河幸福河湖打造创建创新举措:管护模式创新、生态运河和文化运河创建、运河水利遗产保护与传承等。同时总结出幸福河湖建设启示:安澜之河是基本保障,以及强化水环境治理、维护河湖健康水生态、推进先进水文化建设、强化幸福河湖建设宣传引导等,以期为建设更多造福人民的幸福河湖提供借鉴。
In order to explore and analyze the experience of happy river and lake construction along the ancient Grand Canal,this paper,based on an analysis of the basic situation and characteristics of the Grand Canal in Huai'an City,summarizes innovative measures and actions for constructing happy river and lake along the ancient Grand Canal.These measures include innovative management and maintenance models,the creation of an ecological and cultural canal,the preservation and inheritance of canal hydraulic heritage,and more.Based on this experience,the paper also puts forward recommendations for the construction of happy river and lake along the Grand Canal,emphasizing the impmtance of safeguarding the fundamental stability of the river,strengthening water environment governance,maintaining the healthy water ecology of the river,promoting advanced water culture development,and enhancing the promotion and guidance for happy river and lake along the Grand Canal construction.The aim is to provide valuable insights for the construction of more happiness-inducing canals and rivers that benefit the people.
