摘要
为解决上软下硬地层中盾构施工遇到的问题,采用理论分析的方法,并结合具体工程实例,通过分析土仓压力、推力、刀盘转速和掘进速度等掘进参数,验证施工措施的合理性。结果表明在上软下硬地层中,盾构施工采取“满土仓、小推力、低转速和慢掘进”的施工控制方法,能够满足地表沉降规范要求。文中研究结果可为相似地层中盾构隧道施工提供借鉴和参考。
Combining with specific engineering examples,theoretical analysis method is applied to solve the prob⁃lems encountered in shield construction in upper-soft and lower-hard stratum,the rationality of construction mea⁃sures is verified by analyzing tunneling parameters such as soil tank pressure,thrust,cutter head speed and tunnel⁃ing speed.We propose a construction control method featuring full soil tank,small thrust,low cutter head speed,and slow shield tunneling,by which the requirements of the surface subsidence specification are satisfied.The paper may provide the reference for shield tunnel construction in similar strata.
