矿泉水中铜绿假单胞菌检测能力的验证与分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过参加外单位组织的矿泉水中铜绿假单胞菌检测能力验证,探索减少过滤后菌落数的计数方式和范围,提高实验室应用GB 8538—2022进行检测的能力,同时验证MALDI-TOF MS的准确性。依据组织方的作业指导书对样品进行处理,采取25 mL+225 mL的方式进行稀释,根据GB 8538—2022进行检测,同时应用MALDI-TOF MS进行鉴定。样品23-V717、23-H802报告结果的评价Z值分别为-0.1、-0.9,皆为满意。此方式提高了实验员检测水平,验证了借助基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry,MALDI-TOF MS)鉴定的准确性,缩短了检验检测时间。 By participating in the validation of the detection ability of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in mineral water organized by external units,exploring the counting method and range of reducing the number of colonies afterfiltration,and improving the laboratory’s ability to apply GB 8538—2022 for detection,while verifying the accuracy of MALDI-TOF MS.Processing the samples according to the capability verification work instruction,were diluted by 25 mL+225 mL,and detecting in parallel according to GB 8538—2022,and identified by MALDI-TOF MS.The Z values of 23-V717 and 23-H802 were-0.1 and-0.9 respectively.The result is satisfactory.This capability validation improved the laboratory detection capability,verified the accuracy of MALDI-TOF MS identification,and shortened the testing time.
