摘要
作为新兴经济业态,数字经济与冰雪产业深度融合是未来发展趋势,能为冰雪产业高质量发展提供强大动能。通过梳理数字经济的基本内涵与时代特征,阐明政策保障构筑冰雪产业发展新局面、数字经济融合发展为冰雪产业引入新动能、数字技术赋能冰雪产业服务体系构建,是数字经济驱动冰雪产业高质量发展的动力因素。相应提出冰雪产业数字化发展策略:加强顶层设计,构建多元治理格局;加强数字基础设施建设,培养复合型数字冰雪人才;推进数字冰雪深度融合,构建数字冰雪产业生态系统;整合冰雪数据信息,搭建资源共享平台。以期通过数字经济的赋能,加快冰雪产业的数字化转型,奋力谱写后冬奥时代我国冰雪经济发展新篇章。
As an emerging economic industry,the deep integration of the digital economy and the ice and snow industry is the future development trend,which can provide strong energy for the high-quality development of ice and snow industry.By sorting out the basic connotation and characteristics of the digital economy,it is clarified that the policy guarantee constructs a new situation for the development of the ice and snow industry,the integration of the digital economy introduces new energy for the ice and snow industry,and digital technology empowers the construction of the ice and snow industry service system,which is the driving force for the high-quality development of the ice and snow industry driven by the digital economy.Accordingly,the digital development strategies of the ice and snow industry are proposed,such as strengthening top-level design and constructing a diversified governance pattern;improving the construction of digital infrastructure and cultivate comprehensive digital ice and snow talents;promoting the deep integration of digital ice and snow and establishing a digital ice and snow industry ecosystem;integrating ice and snow data and information,and building a resource sharing platform.With the empowerment of the digital economy,the aim is to accelerate the digital transformation of the ice and snow industry,and strive to write a new chapter in the development of China's ice and snow economy in the post Winter Olympics era.
