战场环境灾害天气信息保障技术及其发展趋势

The Development Trend of Disaster Weather Information Guarantee Technology in Battlefield

摘要 战场遭遇灾害天气,会增加战术进攻或防守的难度。掌握战场环境灾害天气的时空特征,能够助力空天地海作战单元增强应对灾害天气的韧性能力。综述了战场环境大风、暴雨、冰雪等典型灾害天气监测预警研究现状,分析了不同基于作战空间影响的灾害天气特征,探讨了一种多尺度战场环境灾害天气信息智能保障模式;并面向未来智能化作战场景,分析了灾害天气战场环境信息保障研究面临的问题和挑战,提出需要进一步研究战场环境气象信息精细化保障以及灾害性天气智能监测技术,进而为保障作战部队安全和提升作战平台武器装备战斗力提供技术支撑。 The disaster weather on the battlefield can increase the difficulty of tactical attack or de-fense.Mastering the temporal and spatial characteristics of disaster weather in the battlefield environment will help the air-space-ground-sea combat troops enhance their ability to resist disaster weather.Such typical disaster weather monitoring and prediction development status as strong wind,rainstorm,ice and snow is overviewed,disaster weather characteristics based on different battle space effects are analyzed.A kind of disaster weather information intelligent support mode of multiscale battlefield environment are dis-cussed.In addition,the problems and challenges of battlefield environment information intelligent support research of disaster weather under the future intelligent warfare scene are analyzed.It is proposed that the research on the refinement support of meteorological information of battlefield environment and disaster weather intelligent monitoring technology is needed to be carried out further so as to provide technology support for the safety of support of combat forces and for the improvement of the combat force of combat platform and weapon equipment.
