摘要
目的:探讨维持性血液透析患者血液透析联合血液灌流对改善维持性血液透析患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年6月至2023年6月上海大学附属南通医院/南通市第六人民医院肾内科收治的维持性血液透析患者60例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予维持性血液透析治疗,观察组给予血液透析联合血液灌流治疗,比较2组治疗后对症状改善有效率和睡眠质量的影响。结果:观察组症状改善有效率93.33%(28/30),对照组症状改善有效率80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组睡眠结构合理程度评分、日睡眠总量、觉醒后情绪平稳评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析与血液灌流联合应用,可显著改善维持性血液透析患者临床症状,改善患者睡眠质量,改善预后,值得临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion on sleep quality of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:From June 2022 to June 2023,60 patients with maintenance hemodialysis admitted to the Department of Nephrology,Nantong Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University/The Sixth People′s Hospital of Nantong were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given maintenance hemodialysis treatment,and the observation group was given hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion treatment.The effects of treatment on symptom improvement efficiency and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of symptom improvement was 93.33%(28/30) in the observation group and 80.00%(24/30) in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of rational sleep structure,total daily sleep and emotional stability after awakening in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of hemodialysis and hemoperfusion can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,sleep quality and prognosis of patients with maintenance hemodialysis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
