06Ni9钢对接接头的相控阵超声检测工艺研究

摘要 笔者针对某项目LNG储罐06Ni9钢对接接头,采用相同的母材、焊接材料、焊接工艺制作了06Ni9钢对接接头的对比试块和模拟缺陷试块,开展了06Ni9钢对接接头的相控阵超声检测试验研究,并对研究结果进行了总结。 The author has prepared comparative and simulated defect test coupons for the butt joint of 06Ni9 steel of a certain LNG tank project using the same base material,welding materials,and welding process.The author has conducted phase-array ultrasonic testing research on the butt joint of 06Ni9 steel and summarized the research results.
