摘要 为了分析异形臂架本身的振动特性,在对异形臂架三维模型进行合理简化后,借助有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench进行异形臂架的模态分析;在得到部件的固有频率及相关振型的基础上,进行异形臂架的谐响应分析,主要分析异形臂架在一定范围激励载荷作用下的响应情况。研究结果表明:除刚体模态外,异形臂架最小固有频率为371.12 Hz,前6阶模态基本为臂架上下摆动、左右摆动和扭转等振型。因此,在实际运行中需要避免异型臂架在371.12~956.75 Hz范围内及附近负载下工作,所研究结果为整机性能预测和优化提供了依据。 To analyze the vibration characteristics of the irregular arm frame itself,after reasonable simplification for the three-dimensional model of the irregular arm frame,modal analysis of the irregular boom is carried out by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench.On the basis of obtaining the fixed frequency and related vibration modes of the components,harmonic response analysis of irregular arm frames is conducted to analyze the response of the irregular arm frame under excitation load within a certain range.The research results indicate that the minimum natural frequency of the irregular arm frame is 371.12 Hz except for the rigid body mode,and the first six modes are basically arm swinging up and down,swing left and right and torsional equivalent vibration mode.Therefore,in actual operation,it is necessary to avoid working under loads within the range of 371.12 to 956.75 Hz and nearby loads.It provides a basis for predicting and optimizing the overall performance of the machine.
