基于航空摄影的输电线路环水保三维设计应用研究

摘要 在输电线路工程的环水保设计环节中,存在因设计不够而无法形象化表达设计成果和无法有效统计环水保措施的实际工程量的问题,导致设计、施工和监理人员之间沟通不畅和验收环节出现差错,为解决这些问题,提出基于航空摄影的输电线路工程环水保三维设计的设计理念,给出输电线路环水保三维设计的技术路线和工作流程,并在特高压输电线路工程中进行试用并取得不错的应用效果。 In the design of environmental protection and water conservation of transmission line engineering,there are problems that the design results cannot be visualized and the actual engineering quantity of environmental protection and water conservation measures cannot be effectively counted due to insufficient design,which leads to poor communication between design,construction and supervision personnel and errors in acceptance.In order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward the design concept of three-dimensional design of environmental protection and water conservation of transmission line engineering based on aerial photography,and gives the technical route and workflow of three-dimensional design of environmental protection and water conservation of transmission line.It has been tried in UHV transmission line engineering and achieved good application results.
