螺旋套管换热器多样式内管壳程流体强化传热的数值分析

Numerical Analysis on Heat Transfer Enhancement of Shell Side Fluid in Spiral Casing Heat Exchanger With Different Inner Tube

摘要 应用CFD软件对内管为光管、螺纹管、横向纹管和纵向纹管的螺旋套管换热器壳程流体的流动及传热进行数值模拟,并将其模拟结果进行对比,分析其温度场和速度场的细观信息以揭示其壳程流体的换热特性和流动特性。结果表明,在研究范围内,内管为螺纹管的壳程流体流动和传热的综合性能最佳,其综合评价因子的值均在1.10以上,最大可达1.18;凸起螺纹对壳程流体起到扰流和导流的双重作用,减薄了边界层厚度,增强壳程流体的混合程度,实现了强化传热的目的,为工程实际应用提供帮助。 CFD software was used to simulate the fluid flow and heat transfer in the shell side of spiral casing heat exchanger with smooth inner tube,threaded inner tube,transverse corrugated inner tubes and longitudinal corrugated inner tube.The simulation results were compared,and the performance of temperature field and velocity field were analyzed to tell the heat transfer characteristics and flow characteristics of the shell side fluid.The results showed that the overall performance of fluid flow and heat transfer in shell side of spiral casing heat exchanger with threaded inner tube was the best within the research scope,and the comprehensive evaluation factors were all above 1.10 with the maximum value of 1.18.The screw thread played a dual role of disturbing and guiding the fluid in the shell side,reducing the thickness of the boundary layer,enhancing the mixing of the fluid in the shell side,and strengthening the heat transfer,which could provide help for engineering applications.
