不同种源花榈木种子表型性状变异分析 被引量:5

Variation analysis on seed phenotypic traits of Ormosia henryi from different provenances

摘要 以浙江杭州、湖南长沙等8个种源地的花榈木种子为研究对象,采用方差分析、聚类分析和相关分析等方法对其种子的表型性状进行分析比较,以探究花榈木种子表型性状在种源水平上的变异规律。结果表明:(1)8个种源花榈木的种子长度、宽度、千粒重和种形指数的平均值分别为9.39 mm、7.58 mm、250.23 g和1.24,且在不同种源间存在极显著差异(P<0.01),变异系数分别为6.78%、8.01%、10.24%、7.99%;(2)花榈木种子4个表型性状之间无显著的相关性,但种子宽度与种源地的年均气温有显著正相关关系;千粒重与年日照时数显著正相关,随年日照时数的增长有不断增大的趋势;(3)聚类分析将花榈木种源划分为五大类,由不同类群种源的地理位置可知花榈木种子表型性状的变异具有地域性和随机性。 In order to explore the variation of phenotypic traits of Ormosia henryi seeds from different provenances,the four phenotypic traits of O.henryi seeds from 8 provenances such as Hangzhou,Changsha were analyzed and compared by ANOVA,cluster analysis and correlation analysis.The results showed as follows:(1)The average seed length was 9.39 mm,the average seed width was 7.58 mm,the average 1000-grain weight was 250.23 g,and the average seed shape index was 1.24.Seed length,width,1000-grain weight and seed shape index were significantly different among different provenances(P<0.01),with coefficient of variation of 6.78%,8.01%,10.24%and 7.99%,respectively.(2)There was no significant correlation among the four phenotypic traits of the seeds,but the seed width had a significant positive correlation with the average annual air temperature in the source area,and the 1000-grain weight had a significant correlation with the average annual sunshine duration.(3)Cluster analysis suggested that the eight provenances of O.henryi were divided into five groups,and the variation of phenotypic traits of O.henryi seeds was regional and random.
