摘要
专科临床医学教育被纳入了职业教育,正在控制招生规模。目前,存在属性、异同、学用三个困境。若能将专科临床调整为四年制,探索适合于医学教育的评价体系,有利于走出困境,建议远期在健康中国需求和在大数据支撑下,分区域分时段讨论专科医学教育留存。
Specialized clinical medical education has been included in vocational education,and the enrollment scale is being controlled,but it will continue to exist for a certain period of time.At present,there are three dilemmas:attributes,similarities and differences,the learning and using.If the specialty clinical medicine major will be adjusted to a four-year program,and the evaluation system suitable for medical education could be explored,which will help to get out of the predicament.In the long term,with the needs of healthy China and the support of big data,we will discuss the retention of specialist education in different regions and time periods.
