摘要
鄂尔多斯盆地陇东地区长6-长8储层属于低渗透薄互层油藏,具有厚度薄、物性差、非均质严重等特点。目前薄互层油藏暂堵压裂中存在暂堵剂加量计算方法和压裂设计参数不明确的问题,导致纵向薄层不能被全部压开、压裂缝高难控,压裂后增产及稳产效果受到一定影响。基于上述问题,通过实验评价了动态多级暂堵压裂时暂堵剂的最优组合,提出了包括射孔炮眼和近井带的暂堵剂加量计算方法,并利用数值模拟软件优化了射孔段长、排量及加砂量等参数,形成了陇东地区低渗透薄互层油藏动态多级暂堵压裂技术。现场试验表明暂堵剂有效封堵了射孔炮眼和近井带裂缝,通过对比压裂前后各向异性成果解释,得出纵向各层射孔段均产生了压裂裂缝,试验井的试油产量与邻井相比有大幅提升。该技术在薄互层砂岩油藏取得了显著的压裂改造效果,为目标区块薄互层油气藏高效压裂提供了技术支持。
Chang 6-Chang 8 reservoir in Longdong area of Ordos Basin is a low-permeability thin interbedded reservoir with the characteristics of thin thickness,poor physical properties and serious heterogeneity.Currently,there is ambiguity surrounding the calculation method for temporary plugging agent dosage and the design parameters of fracturing for thin-interbedded reservoirs,which leads to not-fully-fractured longitudinal thin layer,difficult control of the fracture height,and a certain impact on the post-fracturing production increase and stability.Addressing these challenges,an experimental evaluation was conducted to determine the optimal combination of temporary plugging agents during dynamic multi-stage temporary plugging fracturing.Furthermore,the calculation method for temporary plugging agent dosage,including the perforating gunshot and near-wellbore zones,was discussed.By utilizing numerical simulation software to optimize parameters such as perforation length,flow rate,and sand volume,a multi-stage temporary plugging fracturing technology for low-permeability thin-interbedded reservoirs in the Longdong region were established.The field test demonstrated that the temporary plugging agent effectively plugged the perforations and fractures near the wellbore.By comparing the anisotropy results pre-and post-fracturing,it was concluded that fractures were produced in each perforated interval,compared with the adjacent wells,the oil test volume of the test well has been greatly improved.This technology has achieved remarkable results in thin-interbedded sandstone reservoirs,providing technical guidance for efficient fracturing of thin-interbedded reservoirs in the target block.
