摘要
本文研究了一种鉴别含钴物料固体废物属性的方法。具体为采用X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、X射线衍射光谱(XRD)、超景深显微镜、扫描电子显微镜-能谱联用等分析技术,对一批进口申报为“钴粉”的含钴物料进行表征和分析,样品呈黑色粉末状,夹杂有金属光泽的细小颗粒,由钴(Co)、铝(Al)、铜(Cu)、镍(Ni)、锰(Mn)、磷(P)、硫(S)、铁(Fe)、硅(Si)、锂(Li)等元素组成,主要物相包括石墨(C)、钴酸锂(LiCoO_(2))、镍酸锂(LiNiO_(2))、金属铜(Cu)等,与含钴废弃电池经机械物理粉碎和分离后得到的含钴物料特征吻合,因此推断样品为电池废料经物理处置后的产物。依据《中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法》和《固体废物鉴别标准通则》(GB34330—2017),判定该样品为固体废物。
In this paper,an imported cobalt-containing material declared as“Cobalt powder”was analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,X-ray diffraction spectrometry,ultra-depth of field microscopy and Scanning electron microscope spectroscopy,for characterization and analysis.Whether it is a solid waste of the attributes of the identification and analysis.The results show that the sample is a black powder with fine particles of metallic luster.It is composed of elements such as Co,Al,Cu,Ni,Mn,P,S,Fe and Si.The main phases are C,LiCoO_(2),LiNiO_(2),Cu and so on,the results are consistent with those obtained from mechanical physical crushing and separation of cobalt-containing waste batteries.In accordance with the law of the People’s Republic of China on the prevention and control of environmental pollution by solid waste and the general rules for the identification of solid waste(GB 34330—2017),the sample was determined to be the product of the physical disposal of battery waste,is solid waste.
