摘要
中国援外医疗队把情怀和精力倾注于救死扶伤,把医者仁心践行于援外医疗事业。“不畏艰苦、甘于奉献、救死扶伤、大爱无疆的中国医疗队精神”发轫于不畏艰苦的援外征程,规定于马克思主义的理论特质,孕育于中华优秀传统文化的时代传承,锤炼于救死扶伤的医学实践。中国医疗队精神具有意志、品格、行动、情怀等层面的意蕴,其科学内涵相互联系,有机统一,是推进健康中国建设,构建人类卫生健康共同体,推动“一带一路”高质量发展的宝贵精神财富。在新时代新征程上弘扬中国医疗队精神,要注重研究阐发,丰富中国医疗队精神内涵;加强顶层设计,探寻中国医疗队精神弘扬渠道;强化行为养成,赓续中国医疗队精神伟力。
Chinese foreign⁃aid medical team has devoted its feelings and energy to saving lives and helping the wounded,embodying the benevolence of doctors in foreign⁃aid medical care.The“spirit of the Chinese medical team”,characterized by“fearless of hardships,willingness to dedicate,saving lives and helping the wounded with boundless love”,originated from the arduous journey of foreign aid and is rooted in the theoretical characteristics of Marxism,nurtured by the inheritance of the traditional Chinese culture,and refined through the medical practice of saving lives and helping the wounded.The spirit of the Chinese medical team encompasses the meaning of willpower,character,action and compassion that interconnected and unified its scientific connotation.It serves as a valuable spiritual wealth for promoting the construction of a healthy China,building a community of health,and promoting the high⁃quality development of the“Belt and Road”.To carry forward the spirit of the Chinese medical team in the new era,it is necessary to emphasize research and interpretation to enrich the spiritual connotation of the Chinese medical team.We also recommend strengthening the top⁃level design and exploring the channels for promoting the spirit of the Chinese medical team while reinforcing the development of behaviors and continuing the spirit of the Chinese medical teams.
