摘要
分析了面向零件制造的机器视觉检测技术,通过远心镜头、高分辨率相机和多光源单位构建视觉系统,结合运动平台,实现对离散制造中零件多品种、高精度的自适应检测。引进视觉边缘云平台,实现视觉系统模块的训练、开发及动态加载等,使系统的操作灵活性、功能可扩展性得到进一步提高。
The study analyzes the machine vision inspection technology for part manufacturing;constructs the vision system by telecentric lens,high resolution camera and multi-light source unit;combines with the motion platform;and realizes the multi-variety and high-precision self-adaptive detection of parts in discrete manufacturing.At the same time,the study introduces the visual edge cloud platform;and realizes the training,development and dynamic loading of the vision system module,so as to further improve the flexibility and function expansibility of the system.
