摘要
根据葛洲坝二江电站水力条件,对拦漂排重建设计,采用固定锚固点结合浮动锚固点的布置方案,优化拦漂排受力体系,选用以“双层塑料浮筒+网衣+重锤+高强聚乙烯主绳”为主排的拦漂排结构,确定主绳、浮筒、网衣及重锤的规格、型号、技术参数等,均满足规范要求。拦漂排重建后运行至今状态良好,其布置方案及结构设计理念可作为同类型工程应用借鉴。
Considering the hydraulic conditions of the Erjiang Power Station in Gezhouba Hydropower Project,the reconstruction scheme of the float trash barrier is designed.A layout scheme with fixed anchorage points combined with floating anchorage points is adopted.The force bearing system of the barrier is optimized.A structure with double-layer plastic buoys,net cover,heavy hammers,and high-strength polyethylene main ropes as the main barrier is selected.Then,the specifications,types and technical parameters of the main ropes,buoys,net cover and heavy hammers are determined to meet the regulatory requirements.After the reconstruction,the float trash barrier has been operating in good condition until now.Its layout scheme and structure design ideas can be useful reference for similar projects.
