摘要
感染是普外科术后的常见并发症之一,常见于胃肠手术,发生在手术部位、切口、腹腔及各器官感染等;若术后感染表现为腹腔或全身器官,则均迅猛严重,常伴有休克,仅使用抗生素常常难以控制。为了更好地使患者从术后感染中快速康复,常需要借助中医手段,因此重庆市中医院普外科运用叶天士“卫气营血辨证”理论,采用清瘟败毒饮加减结合抗生素应用于术后感染,疗效颇佳,可明显缓解感染症状及缩短术后感染恢复时间。
Infection is one of the common complications after general surgery.Gastrointestinal surgery is the main complication.The main manifestations are the site of operation,incision,abdominal cavity and organs.If the infection is manifested as abdominal or systemic organs,it is usually rapid and severe,often accompanied by shock,and it is often difficult to control it only with antibiotics.In order to make patients recover quickly from postoperative infection,it is often necessary to use traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,the general surgery department of our hospital uses Ye Tianshi’s theory of"Weiqi Yingxue"syndrome differentiation and Qingwen about:blank drink application to assist diagnosis and treatment of postoperative infection combined with antibiotics.The curative effect is quite good,which can obviously alleviate the symptoms of infection and shrinkage,short recovery time of infection after operation.
