摘要
课题研究了新型类石墨烯材料SG3-G在普通输送带覆盖胶中的应用,通过对N330炭黑的替换,考察胶料的加工性能、物理机械性能、动态生热性能。结果表明:SG3-G从0份替代到20份,混炼胶的t_(10)和t_(90)延长,门尼黏度下降明显,硫化胶硬度、拉断强度和定伸应力略有下降,扯断伸长率和扯断永久变形变化不大,撕裂强度下降明显。同时动态生热有所降低。
The study investigated the application of a novel graphene like material SG3-G in ordinary conveyor belt coverlay.By replacing N330 carbon black,the processing performance,physical and mechanical properties,and dynamic heat generation performance of the adhesive were investigated.The results showed that the substitution of SG3-G from 0 parts to 20 parts prolonged the t10 and t90 of the mixed rubber;The Mooney viscosity decreased significantly;The hardness,tensile strength,and tensile stress of vulcanized rubber slightly decrease;The change in elongation at break and permanent deformation at break is not significant;The tear strength has significantly decreased,while the dynamic heat generation has also decreased.
