摘要
不锈钢/碳钢复合材料结合了不锈钢和碳钢两种金属材料的性能,具有高强度、优良的耐腐蚀性、低成本等优点,被广泛应用于石油化工、海洋工程等重要领域。焊接是其应用过程不可缺少的加工工艺,其焊接接头由基层焊缝、过渡层焊缝、覆层焊缝及对应的熔合区、热影响区组成;而过渡层焊缝是保证其焊接接头性能的关键,焊缝微观组织分布、焊缝成分分布及其界面脱碳层、增碳层及脆性相的形成等现象皆与过渡层焊缝有关。而目前有关过渡层焊缝对不锈钢/碳钢复合材料焊接接头组织和性能影响的研究较少,大多数研究围绕焊接方法、焊接顺序、焊接工艺参数、焊接坡口等进行。因此,研究过渡层焊缝对不锈钢/碳钢复合材料焊接接头组织和性能的影响,将成为不锈钢/碳钢复合材料焊接研究的趋势。
Stainless steel/carbon steel composites combine properties of stainless steel and carbon steel,and have advantages of high strength,excellent corrosion resistance,low cost,and so on,which are widely used in petrochemical,offshore engineering and other important fields.Welding is a vital processing technology in its use.It’s made up of base layer weld,transition layer weld,cladding layer weld and their fusion zones,heat affected zones.Transition layer weld is the key to ensure performance of welded joints.Weld’s microstructure distribution,element distribution,formation of decarburized layer and decarburized layer,and brittle phase at the interface all relate to transition layer weld.However,in present,there are few studies on influence of transition layer welds on microstructure and properties of welded joints of stainless steel/carbon steel composites.Most of studies focus on welding methods,welding sequence,welding parameters and welding grooves.Therefore,study of effect of transition layer welds on microstructure and properties of stainless steel/carbon steel composites welded joints will become the trend of stainless steel composite welding research.
