摘要
为了减轻洪水有关的灾害风险,需快速准确获取洪水范围,并利用洪水事件的相关数据和信息来分析洪水的敏感区域,可为洪水的预防决策和管理提供科学依据。基于Sentinel-1 SAR数据分析2020年7月长江中下游蓄滞洪区集中区域洪水淹没状况,并利用机器学习模型分析了长江中下游蓄滞洪区集中区域洪水的敏感性,研究结果表明:①长江中下游蓄滞洪区内2020年洪水期水体面积达到了3747 km^(2),相比平水期新增水体面积为1301 km^(2),占整个研究区新增水体面积的19%,新增水体面积最大的为洪湖蓄滞洪区和华阳河蓄滞洪区。②从研究区新增水体范围内2010年以来土地利用变化来看,耕地、人造地表面积扩大,湿地、林地、草地和裸地面积下降,湿地面积萎缩降低蓄水纳洪能力。③研究区洪水敏感性高等级面积占整个研究区的23.33%,洪水敏感性极高等级占整个研究区的22.55%;蓄滞洪区洪水敏感性高等级面积占蓄滞洪区的面积比例为38.97%,极高等级占整个蓄滞洪区面积的52.05%。研究结果可为蓄滞洪区洪水防治、规划和建设提供科学依据和理论参考。
In order to reduce flood related disaster risks,it is necessary to quickly and accurately obtain the flood area,and use relevant data and information of flood events to analyze flood susceptibility areas,which can pro⁃vide a scientific basis for flood prevention decision-making and management.Based on the Sentinel-1 SAR da⁃ta,we analyzed the flood inundation status and susceptibility of the concentrated areas of the flood storage and detention areas in the middle and lower reaches for the Yangtze River in July 2020.The research results showed that the water body area during the flood period in 2020 reached 3747 km^(2)in the flood storage and detention ar⁃ea.Compared with the normal water period,increased about 1301 km^(2)water body in the flood period,account⁃ing for 19%of the new water body area in the entire study area.In all flood storage detention area the largest new water body area is Honghu and Huayang River storage flood detention area.Judging from the changes of land use since 2010 within the new water bodies area,the area of cultivated land and man-made land has ex⁃panded,the area of wetland,woodland grassland,and bare land has decreased.So the shrinking area of wetland may reduce the capacity of water storage and flood reception.The area of high flood susceptibility in the study area accounts for 23.33%of the entire study area,and the extremely high level of flood susceptibility accounts for 22.55%of the entire study area;the area of high flood susceptibility in the flood storage and detention area accounts for 38.97%,the extremely high level accounts for 52.05%of the entire flood storage and detention ar⁃ea.The research results can provide scientific basis and theoretical reference for flood control,planning and con⁃struction in flood storage and detention areas.
