摘要 为核电厂非安全级数字化仪控系统(DCS)系统在设计阶段明确板卡级设备可靠性要求,在产品设计阶段利用可靠性分配方法将可用性指标合理地分配到组成系统的各部件中,可用性分配结果是开展可靠性预计工作目标和设计参考依据,可靠性预计结果是进行可靠性指标分配调整与系统指标验证的基础,二者相辅相成,通过迭代分配和指标验证为实现核电厂非安全级DCS系统设计优化提供参考。 To clarify the module reliability requirements for the non-safety related DCS system of nuclear power plants during the design phase,based on the reliability allocation method,the availability indicators are reasonably allocated to each component of the system in the product design phase using the reliability allocation method.The availability allocation result is the goal and design reference for conducting reliability prediction,and the reliability prediction result is the basis for adjusting the reliability index allocation and verifying the system index,The two complement each other and provide reference for optimizing the design of non-safety related DCS systems in nuclear power plants through iterative allocation and indicator verification.
