摘要
中国式现代化是全体人民共同富裕的现代化,乡村振兴是中国式现代化的必由之路,水利是支撑乡村全面振兴促进中国式现代化的关键环节。2012年以来,水利部贯彻落实赣南等原中央苏区振兴发展战略,对口支援江西省宁都县,在政策、人才、项目、资金、技术等方面给予全力帮扶,从产业振兴、人才振兴、文化振兴、生态振兴、组织振兴等方面发挥水利专长,支持宁都县乡村振兴工作,探索出一条水利支撑农业全面升级、农民全面发展、农村全面进步的乡村全面振兴路径,为宁都县实现中国式现代化奠定坚实基础。
Chinese modernization is the modernization of common prosperity for all people,rural revitalization is the only way to Chinese modernization,and water conservancy is the key link to support the overall revitalization of rural areas and promote Chinese modernization.Since 2012,the Ministry of Water Resources has implemented the revitalization and development strategy of former central Soviet areas such as Gannan,and provided corresponding support to Ningdu County,Jiangxi Province.It has provided full assistance in policies,talents,projects,funds,technology,and other aspects,leveraging its water conservancy expertise in industrial,talent,cultural,ecological and organizational revitalization,and supporting the rural revitalization of Ningdu County.It has explored a way for water conservancy to support the all-round rural revitalization with comprehensive upgrading of agriculture and the comprehensive development of farmers and rural areas that has laid a solid foundation for Ningdu County to realize Chinese modernization.
