摘要
目的探讨超高效液相质谱联用(UPLC-MS/MS)法测定化妆品中甜菜碱的效果。方法样品经甲醇超声提取,滤膜过滤后,采用超高效液相质谱联用法,色谱柱为酰胺基柱,水∶乙腈(15∶85)为流动相,采用多反应监测正离子模式。结果甜菜碱在10~200 ng·mL^(-1)的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(R=0.9953),平均回收率为97.1%。结论超高效液相质谱联用法检测化妆品中的甜菜碱具有准确性高、灵敏度高、重现性好的优点。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of ultra high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)for the determination of betaine in cosmetics.Methods The samples were extracted with methanol in ultrasonic bath,filtered by microporous membrane,and then analyzed by UPLC-MS/MS.The chromatographic column was an amide based column,with water acetonitrile(15∶85)as the mobile phase.Multiple reactions were used to monitor the positive ion mode.Results Betaine exhibited a good linear relationship(R=0.9953)within the concentration range of 10-200 ng·mL^(-1),with an average recovery rate of 97.1%.Conclusion The determination of betaine in cosmetics by UPLC-MS/MS has the advantages of accuracy,high sensitivity and good reproducibility.
