摘要
为进一步完善溯源体系的建设,分别从信息采集方式、信息存储方式及追溯范围等方面剖析目前溯源体系中的全过程溯源技术和产地溯源技术。其中,使用广泛、成本适中的为物联网溯源技术;以区块链为主的新溯源技术溯源效果更好,但开发成本偏高。未来可以将物联网技术与区块链这类新兴溯源技术结合起来使用,让新技术作为其他溯源技术的二次溯源补充,提高溯源结果的可信度;同时,可以用产地溯源技术辅助验证溯源链条的真实性。
In order to further improve the construction of the traceability system,this article analyzes the commonly used traceability technologies in the current traceability system from two aspects:full process traceability technology and origin traceability technology.They are analyzed from the aspects of information collection methods,information storage methods,and traceability scope.Among them,the widely used and affordable one is IoT traceability technology.The new traceability technology mainly based on blockchain,has better traceability effect,but the development cost is relatively high.In the future,the Internet of Things technology can be combined with emerging traceability technologies such as blockchain to use new technologies as secondary traceability supplements to other traceability technologies,improving the credibility of traceability results.At the same time,origin traceability technology can be used to assist in verifying the authenticity of the traceability chain.
