摘要
新时代我国高等体育教育人才高质量培养是加快建设体育强国、推进健康中国建设的时代要求,也是当前高等体育教育改革创新的根本任务。新时代我国高等体育教育人才高质量培养的内在要求应主动做好三个回应,即回应加快体育强国建设的战略需要,回应提高体育人才自主培养质量的时代需要,回应科技革命和产业变革机遇的现实需要。面临的现实挑战主要有体育人才供给未能同步跟上经济社会发展需要;国家战略叠加赋能体育人才高质量培养新要求;建设高质量教育体系要求全面提高体育人才培养质量;数字体育发展需要更高质量的创新型体育人才。鉴于此,从坚持党领导育人全过程、坚持服务国家战略需要、坚持开放共享办学方向、坚持统筹全局协调设点等方面提出新时代我国高等体育教育人才高质量培养的总体思路,并提出推动理念创新,精准定位体育人才高质量培养的出发点;推动实践创新,扎实筑牢体育人才高质量培养的立足点;推动机制创新,重塑优化体育人才高质量培养的交汇点;推动载体创新,积极谋划体育人才高质量培养的燎原点等创新路径。
In the new era,the high quality training of Chinese higher physical education talents is the requirement of The Times to speed up the construction of sports power and promote the construction of healthy China,and it is also the fundamental task of the reform and innovation of higher physical education.In the new era,the internal requirements of high-quality training of higher physical education talents in China should take the initiative to make three responses,that is,to respond to the strategic needs of accelerating the construction of sports power,to respond to The Times needs of improving the quality of independent training of sports talents,and to respond to the realistic needs of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change opportunities.The main challenges are that the supply of sports talents fails to keep up with the needs of economic and social development,the new requirements of high-quality training of sports talents empowered by the superposition of national strategies,the construction of high-quality education system requires an overall improvement in the quality of sports talent training,and the development of digital sports requires higher quality innovative sports talents.In view of this,the general idea of high-quality training of higher physical education talents in China in the new era is put forward from the aspects of adhering to the whole process of Party leadership education,adhering to serving the national strategic needs,adhering to the direction of open and shared education,adhering to the overall coordination and setting points,and the starting point of promoting concept innovation and accurately positioning high-quality training of sports talents.Promote practice and innovation,and build a solid foothold of high-quality training of sports talents;Promote mechanism innovation,reshape and optimize the intersection of high-quality training of sports talents;Promote carrier innovation,and actively plan innovation paths such as prairie fire point of high-quality training of sports talents.
