摘要
目的:在卫生资源与社会经济协调发展的视角下探讨我国卫生资源的配置情况,为优化卫生资源配置提供依据。方法:数据来源于2012—2021年的《中国统计年鉴》,以人均国内生产总值(GDP)作为衡量全国经济发展水平的指标,以人均地区生产总值作为衡量各地区经济发展水平的指标,以每千人口卫生技术人员数和每千人口医疗机构床位数作为卫生资源配置量的评价指标,采用SPSS16.0软件对各指标间的相关性进行分析。以卫生资源配置量与人均GDP或人均地区生产总值的比值作为评价卫生资源与社会经济的协调指数,分析卫生资源配置与社会经济水平的协调性。结果:纵向上,2011—2020年我国每千人口卫生技术人员数、每千人口医疗机构床位数均随人均GDP的增长呈现平稳增长趋势,但其增长速度低于人均GDP的增长;横向上,2020年全国各地区每千人口卫生技术人员数、每千人口医疗机构床位数与人均地区生产总值均未呈现显著的相关性。结论:我国卫生资源配置与社会经济水平的协调性不足,各地区在进行卫生资源配置时,需充分考虑经济水平对卫生服务利用的正向刺激作用,优化卫生资源配置,以提升卫生资源配置与社会经济发展的协调性。
OBJECTIVE To explore the allocation of health resources from the perspective of the coordinated development of health resources and social economy.METHODS The data sourced from the China Statistical Yearbook from 2012 to 2021.The per capital GDP was used as an index of economic development,the number of health technicians per thousand population and the num⁃ber of beds in medical institutions per thousand population were used as the indicators of health resources,SPSS 16.0 was used to analyze the correlation between indicators;and the coordination between health resources and social economy was analyzed.RESULTS Vertically,the number of health technicians per thousand population and the number of beds in medical institutions per thousand population showed steady growth with the growth of per capita GDP,but the growth rate was lower than per capital GDP.There was no significant correlation between the number of health technicians,the number of beds in medical institutions per thou⁃sand population,and the per capita GDP.CONCLUSION The coordination between health resource and socioeconomic is insufficient.It is necessary to pay more consideration on the positive stimulating effect of the economic on the utilization of health services,and optimize the allocation of health resources to improve the coordination between the health resources and social economic development.
