摘要
张勉之教授治疗膜性肾病有着丰富的临床经验,其认为膜性肾病的中医根本病机为肾虚血瘀,同时风邪、湿浊、热毒也是导致膜性肾病发生、发展的关键因素,病性为本虚标实,并提出补肾活血法为医治膜性肾病的基本法则,同时根据患者不同体质进行辨证选方,以起到扶正祛邪、调节阴阳平衡的目的,并到达最佳的医治效果。
Professor Zhang Mianzhi with rich experience in the treatment of membranous nephropathy believes that this disease is rooted in kidney deficiency and blood stasis and associated with the wind pathogen,damp turbidity,and heat toxin.Accordingly,he proposes the treatment principle of tonifying kidney and activating blood.Furthermore,he puts forward that the prescriptions should be selected based on syndrome differentiation for reinforcing healthy qi,expelling pathogen,and harmonizing yin and yang,achieving good therapeutic effect.
