摘要
抗生素的不规范使用导致细菌耐药菌株逐年增多,给兽医临床诊疗带来挑战。在减抗替抗背景下,急需开发新的绿色安全的抗生素替代产品。噬菌体裂解酶是噬菌体编码的酶,通过对细菌细胞壁肽聚糖的水解作用,可对耐药菌株产生杀菌效果,且杀菌作用高效、迅速。这些优势使噬菌体裂解酶具有克服细菌耐药性和在一定程度上替代抗生素的潜力。文章综述了裂解酶的分类、结构、作用方式以及近年来噬菌体裂解酶的应用研究进展,以期为裂解酶抗菌制剂的研发提供参考。
The irregular use of antibiotics leads to the increase of drug-resistant bacterial strains year by year,which brings challenges to veterinary clinical diagnosis and treatment.In the context of reduced antibiotic replacement,it is urgent to develop new green and safe antibiotic replacement products.Bacteriophage lyase is an enzyme encoded by bacteriophage.Through the hydrolysis of peptidoglycan on bacterial cell wall,bactericidal effect can be produced on drugresistant strains with high efficiency and rapid bactericidal effect.These advantages make phage lyase have the potential to overcome bacterial resistance and replace antibiotics to some extent.In the paper,the classification,structure,mode of action of lyase and the application of bacteriophage lyase in recent years were reviewed,in order to provide a reference for the development of antibacterial preparations of bacteriophage lyase.
