摘要
目的:收集既往住院的非器质性失眠患者临床指标及血脂指标,应用主成分分析(PCA)筛选风险及保护因素,揭示脂代谢与失眠的内在生理联系,为非器质性失眠患者的管理提供支持。方法:收集住院非器质性失眠患者临床及血脂指标,并建立数据库。使用IBM SPSS 23.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果:1)有基础病非器质性失眠患者体质量指数(BMI)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、三酰甘油(TRIG)、总胆固醇(CHOL)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B(APO-B)水平较无基础病非器质性失眠患者高(均P<0.001);2)男性失眠患者BMI、SBP、DBP、病程、TRIG水平较女性患者高,女性失眠患者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白AI(APO-AI)、脂蛋白(a)[LP(a)]水平较男性失眠患者高(均P<0.05)。3)主成分分析结果显示:CHOL、LDL-C、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)、APO-B与非器质性失眠正相关,HDL-C、APO-AI与非器质性失眠负相关。结论:CHOL、LDL-C、APO-B为非器质性失眠患者的危险因素,对于有基础疾病合并失眠患者及男性失眠患者更应积极控制BMI及血脂水平。
Objective:The clinical indexes and blood lipid indexes of the hospitalized patients diagnosed with non-organic insomnia were collected.Principal component analysis(PCA)was used to screen risk and protective factors,and reveal the internal physiological relationship between lipid metabolism and insomnia,which provided support for the management of patients with non-organic insomnia.Methods:The clinical information and blood lipid indexes of hospitalized patients with non-organic insomnia were collected,and a database was established.Data was analyzed by IBM SPSS 23.0.Results:1)The levels of body mass index(BMI),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),triglyceride(TRIG),total cholesterol(CHOL),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and apolipoprotein B(APO-B)in patients with non-organic insomnia with basic diseases were higher than those without basic diseases.2)The BMI,SBP,DBP,course of disease,urinary system diseases and TRIG levels of male patients with insomnia were higher than those of female patients.The levels of other diseases,high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),apolipoprotein AI(APO-AI)and lipoprotein(a)[LP(a)]in female insomnia patients were higher than those in male insomnia patients.3)Principal component analysis showed that CHOL,LDL-C,very low density lipoprotein cholesterol(VLDL-C)and APO-B were positively correlated with non-organic insomnia,while HDL-C and APO-AI were showed the negative relationship.Conclusion:CHOL,LDL-C and APO-B were risk factors for patients with non-organic insomnia.BMI and blood lipid levels should be actively controlled for male patients with basic diseases and non-organic insomnia.
