摘要
目的:研究综合护理干预对重症监护病房患者情绪及睡眠的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年5月福建省中医药大学附属第三人民医院重症医学科收治的重症监护病房患者76例进行临床回顾性分析,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。其中对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予综合护理干预,以2组患者负面情绪、心理痛苦程度、睡眠质量、舒适状况评价干预效果。结果:护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表得分(30.02±3.98)分、抑郁自评量表得分(30.69±4.26)分,低于对照组的(33.58±4.92)分、(34.29±4.57)分(均P<0.05);心理痛苦温度计得分(2.42±0.43)分,心理痛苦相关因素调查表得分(10.84±3.05)分,低于对照组的(3.28±0.32)分、(15.49±3.17)分(均P<0.05);匹兹堡睡眠质量指数总分(6.39±2.06)分及各成分评分,低于对照组(均P<0.05);舒适度评分量表得分(81.43±5.62)分,高于对照组的(77.35±4.88)分(P<0.05)。结论:重症监护病房患者护理中行综合护理干预策略,可在一定程度上减轻其心理痛苦程度,消除其负面情绪,促进其舒适状况改善,实现其睡眠质量提高。
Objective:To study the impact of comprehensive nursing interventions on the emotions and sleep of patients in intensive care units.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 76 patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit in our hospital from January 2022 to May 2023.Among them,38 cases received routine nursing intervention and 38 cases received comprehensive nursing intervention,respectively represented by the routine group and the comprehensive group.Evaluate the intervention effect based on two groups of patients′negative emotions,psychological pain level,sleep quality,and comfort status.Results:After nursing intervention,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale score(30.02±3.98)and Self-rating Depression Scale score(30.69±4.26)in the comprehensive group were lower than those in the conventional group(33.58±4.92)and(34.29±4.57)(P s<0.05).The scores of Distress Thermometer(2.42±0.43)and Psychological Distress Related Pproblem List(10.84±3.05)were lower than those of the conventional group(3.28±0.32)and(15.49±3.17)(P s<0.05).The total score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(6.39±2.06)and the scores of each component were lower than those of the conventional group(P s<0.05).The General Comfort Questionnaire score(81.43±5.62)was higher than the conventional group(77.35±4.88)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention strategies in the nursing of patients in the intensive care unit can alleviate their psychological pain to a certain extent,eliminate their negative emotions,promote the improvement of their comfort status,and achieve an improvement in their sleep quality.
