超高耐电击穿聚酰亚胺绝缘纸的制备 被引量:1

Preparation of an Ultra High Resistance to Electrical Breakdown Polyimide Fiber Insulating Paper

摘要 对聚酰亚胺(PI)纤维和芳纶1313沉析纤维进行抄造,采用斜网成型技术,并用PI树脂喷涂制成PI纤维绝缘纸,对绝缘纸生产中的打浆处理、湿法成型、浸渍、压光、热压、喷涂、硫化等工艺技术路线进行了介绍。将PI纤维绝缘纸与国内外部分芳纶绝缘纸进行了性能对比,结果表明,PI纤维绝缘纸的抗张强度、断裂伸长率和击穿强度都高于其他芳纶绝缘纸的,击穿强度达到了38.3 kV/mm,属于H级以上的绝缘纸。 The polyimide(PI)fiber and aramid 1313 precipitation fiber were used for papermaking,the PI fi⁃ber insulating paper was made by slant mesh molding technology and sprayed with PI resin.The technical routes of beater treatment,wet forming,impregnation,calensing,hot pressing,spraying and vulcanization of insulating paper were introduced.The properties of PI fiber insulating paper were compared with those of some aramid fiber insulating papers at home and abroad.The results show that the tensile strength,elonga⁃tion at break and breakdown strength of PI fiber insulating paper are higher than those of other aramid fiber insulating papers,and the breakdown strength reaches 38.3 kV/mm,which belongs to the insulating paper above H class.
