摘要
目的 针对妇科计划生育开展过程中,放置宫内节育器手术存在的风险性进行分析与研究。方法 选取2019年1月至2022年12月在莆田市荔城区妇幼保健所实施放置宫内节育器手术的女性共60例展开此次研究,结合随机方式分组,分成对照组和试验组,各30例,在进行手术过程中,对照组运用常规手术管理,试验组运用风险管理,观察两组风险发生情况。结果 术后,对照组风险事件实际发生率26.67%,试验组风险事件实际发生率6.67%,两组对比,试验组风险事件实际发生率更低(P<0.05)。对照组依从性70.00%,试验组依从性93.33%,两组对比,试验组依从性更高(P<0.05)。对照组手术满意度评分(67.34±3.75)分,试验组手术满意度评分(83.61±3.07)分,两组对比,试验组获得的手术满意度评分明显更高(t=18.3878,P<0.0001)。结论 妇科计划生育开展时,实施放置宫内节育器手术,往往会存在一定风险性,对于出现的风险,应进行认真总结分析,加强风险控制,对于出现的风险采取有效控制措施,尽量使风险发生率得以降低,确保获得更好手术效果。
Objective To analyze and study the risk of placing intrauterine device(IUD)during gynecological family planning.Methods A total of 60 women who underwent IUD surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected for this study,and randomly grouped into control and experiment,with 30 cases in each group.During the operation,conventional operation management was applied in the control group,while risk management was applied in the experimental group,and the risk occurrence of the two groups was observed.Results Postoperatively,the actual incidence of risky events was 26.67%in the control group and 6.67%in the experimental group,and the actual incidence of risky events was lower in the experimental group when comparing the two groups(P<0.05).Compliance of the control group was 70.00%,and compliance of the experimental group was 93.33%,comparing the two groups,the experimental group had higher compliance(P<0.05).Surgical satisfaction score(67.34±3.75)in the control group,and surgical satisfaction score(83.61±3.07)in the experimental group,comparing the two groups,the experimental group obtained significantly higher surgical satisfaction scores(t=18.3878,P<0.0001).Conclusions When gynecological family planning is carried out,IUD placement surgery often has certain risks.For the risks,careful analysis should be carried out,risk control should be strengthened,effective control measures should be taken to reduce the risk incidence as far as possible and ensure better surgical results.
