摘要
本文以浙江省为例,梳理总结区域科技伦理治理现状及存在问题,为我国区域科技伦理治理体系的建设提供建议和参考。在系统借鉴发达国家在组织架构、制度设计和宣传教育等科技伦理治理关键环节做法和经验的基础上,对浙江省高校院所、研发机构、医院、企业等创新主体以及相关政府部门开展调研访谈,提出我国区域科技伦理治理的现存问题和相应对策建议。
Taking Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper summarizes the present situation and existing problems of regional ethical governance of science and technology,and provides suggestions and references for the construction of regional ethical governance system of science and technology in China.On the basis of systematically learning from the practices and experiences of developed countries in the key links of ethical governance of science and technology,such as organizational structure,system design,publicity and education,this paper conducts research and interviews with innovative subjects such as colleges and universities,research and development institutions,hospitals and enterprises in Zhejiang province and relevant government departments,and puts forward the existing problems and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions of ethical governance of science and technology in China.
