摘要
利用固相萃取法提取饮用水中17种半挥发性有机物,经气相色谱质谱联用仪定性分析,内标法定量。结果显示,各目标物在相应的浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数大于0.995,方法检出限在0.008~0.50μg·L^(-1),回收率在70.1%~126.0%,相对标准偏差在1.05%~7.98%。表明该方法简便、准确度高、重现性好,适用于饮用水中17种半挥发性有机物的测定。
Using solid-phase extraction method to extract 17 semi volatile organic compounds from drinking water,qualitative analysis by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and quantitative analysis by internal standard method.The results showed that each target substance had good linearity within the corresponding concentration range,with a correlation coefficient greater than 0.995.The detection limit of the method was 0.008~0.50μg·L^(-1),recovery rate between 70.1%and 126.0%,relative standard deviation between 1.05%and 7.98%.This indicates that the method is simple,accurate,and has good reproducibility,and is suitable for the determination of 17 semi volatile organic compounds in drinking water.
