摘要
目的阐述毛得宏教授所提出的“四结合原则”理论,总结该理论治疗难治性突发性聋的经验。方法系统整理毛得宏教授运用“四结合原则”中医综合疗法治疗难治性突聋的诊疗思路,总结其临床经验,归纳其学术思想,并结合验案分析。结论毛得宏教授提出,难治性突聋以气滞血瘀为主要病机,基于“四结合原则”,运用活血通窍法,对难治性突聋的临床诊疗提出有效中医综合治疗方案,指导了难治性突聋的治疗,为难治性突聋的临床诊疗提供了新的视角,针对难治性突聋的疗法进行了补充。
Objective To elaborate the theory of"Four Combined Principles"proposed by Proffessor Mao Dehong and summarize his experience in the treatment of Refractory Sudden Hearing Loss(RSHL).Methods To systematize Professor Mao Dehong's thinking on the use of the"Four Combination Principles"in the treatment of Refractory Sudden Hearing Loss,to summarize his clinical experience and theoretical understanding of Refractory Sudden Hearing Loss with a typical case.Conclusion Professor Mao Dehong proposed that refractory sudden deafness is caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis,and that the"Four Combination Principles"should be used to activate blood circulation and open the orifices.He proposed an effective comprehensive treatment plan using Traditional Chinese Medicine,which guided the treatment of the disease,provided a new perspective and make supplemented for the diagnosis and treatment of Refractory Sudden Hearing Loss.
