摘要
目的:探讨卵圆孔未闭介入封堵术中应用手振生理盐水右心声学造影的意义。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年6月柳州市柳铁中心医院心血管内科收治的卵圆孔未闭的患者50例为观察对象,所有患者通过卵圆孔未闭介入封堵术结果确诊,并对其实施手振生理盐水右心声学造影,观察手振生理盐水右心声学造影对卵圆孔未闭的诊断效能。结果:不同检查方法直径<2 mm、2 mm≤直径<3 mm、直径3~5mm卵圆孔未闭检出率及总检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);卵圆孔未闭介入封堵术与手振生理盐水右心声学造影的灵敏度、特异度、诊断准确率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:手振生理盐水右心声学造影诊断敏感度、特异度高,值得在临床中应用并予以推广。
Objective:To investigate the significance of right heart contrast echocardiography with hand vibration saline in interventional closure of patent foramen ovale.Methods:Fifty patients with patent foramen ovale admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Liuzhou Municipal Liutie Central Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the observation objects.All patients were diagnosed by the results of interventional closure of patent foramen ovale,and they were subjected to right heart contrast echocardiography with hand stimulation saline.The diagnostic efficiency of right heart contrast echocardiography with hand vibration saline for patent foramen ovale was observed.Results:There was no significant difference in the detection rate for patent foramen ovale at the diameters of<2 mm,2 to<3 mm,and 3 to 5 mm and total detection rate by different examination methods(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in the sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic accuracy between interventional closure of patent foramen ovale and right heart contrast echocardiography(P>0.05).Conclusion:The right heart contrast echocardiography with hand vibration saline has a high diagnostic sensitivity and specificity,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
