摘要
目的探讨预防保健对儿童健康状况及家属健康认知度的影响。方法选取2022年1月至12月于西安市高陵区妇幼保健院体检的120例儿童作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例)。对照组予以传统保健措施,观察组在对照组基础上予以预防保健。比较两组健康状况、家属健康认知度及家属满意度。结果观察组营养不良、贫血、佝偻病、心理异常总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组家属健康认知度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预防保健对儿童健康状况具有积极意义,可提高家属健康认知度及满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of preventive health care on children’s health status and family members’health awareness.Methods A total of 120 children who underwent physical examination in Gaoling District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Xi’an City from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group(60 cases)and the observation group(60 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given traditional health care measure,and the observation group was given preventive health care based on the control group.The health status,family members’health awareness and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of malnutrition,anemia,rickets and psychological abnormalities in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the health awareness score of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Preventive health care has positive significance to children’s health status,and can improve family members’health awareness and satisfaction,which is worth popularizing and applying.
