摘要
目的:分析社区综合护理干预在高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月吉林经济技术开发区松九社区卫生服务中心收治的300例高血压患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各150例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施社区综合护理。比较两组治疗依从性、健康认知、血压水平及生活质量。结果:观察组治疗依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。护理后,两组日常预防、药物效果、病理认知及病情认知评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组舒张压、收缩压水平低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组躯体功能、社会功能、生理机能及情感职能评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区综合护理干预在高血压患者中的应用效果显著,可有效提升患者治疗依从性及健康认知水平,有效控制血压,提高生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of community integrated nursing intervention in hypertensive patients.Methods:300 hypertensive patients admitted to Songjiu Community Health Service Center of Jilin Economic and Technological Development Zone from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group,each of which was 150 cases,using the method of random draw.The control group implemented conventional care,and the observation group implemented community integrated care.The two groups were compared in terms of treatment adherence,health cognition,blood pressure level and quality of life.Results:The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).After care,the scores of daily prevention,drug effect,pathological cognition and disease cognition of both groups were higher than those before care,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After care,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels of both groups were lower than before care,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of somatic function,social function,physical function and emotional function of both groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of community integrated nursing intervention in hypertensive patients has significant effect,which can effectively improve their treatment compliance and health cognition level,effectively control blood pressure and improve the quality of life.
