摘要
目的 系统评价母乳喂养感知与社会支持相关量表的测量学特性及研究方法学质量,为医护人员有针对性的选择高质量量表提供循证依据。方法 系统检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台和维普中文科技期刊数据库中与母乳喂养感知与社会支持相关评估量表的测量学特性研究,检索时限为建库至2023年9月7日。按照健康测量工具遴选标准的要求,由2名研究者独立进行文献的筛选和资料提取,并对量表的方法学质量与测量学特性进行评定,最终形成推荐意见。结果 共纳入26项研究,涉及13个母乳喂养感知与社会支持相关量表,其中母乳喂养困难存在性评估工具、员工对工作场所母乳喂养支持感知问卷、感知母乳喂养支持评估工具、Hughes母乳喂养支持量表内容效度与内部一致性“充分”,证据质量中等或以上,为A级推荐,其余量表均为B级推荐。结论 A级推荐的4个量表具有较好的信效度,可作为临床测量相关概念的首选量表。
Objective To evaluate the measurement characteristics and methodological quality of breastfeeding perception and social support scales,so as to provide evidence-based basis for medical staffs to select high-quality scale.Methods A systematic search of PubMed,Embase,Web of science,China Biomedical Literature Database,China Knowledge Network,Wanfang Database,and Wikipedia database for studies on the measurement properties of assessment scales related to breastfeeding perceptions and social support was conducted with a time frame of building the database until September 7,2023.In accordance with the requirements of the selection criteria for health measurement tools,two researchers independently conducted the screening of the literature and extraction of information,and rated the methodological quality and measurement characteristics of the scale to finalize their recommendations.Results A total of 26 studies including 13 scales related to breastfeeding perception and social support were included.Existential Aspects of Mother's Initial Breastfeeding Difficulties,Employee's Perceptions of Breastfeeding Support Questionnaire,the Perceived Breastfeeding Support Assessment Tool,and the Hughes Scale of Breastfeeding Support had content validity and internal consistency of"adequate"and the quality of the evidence for the scales was moderate or above,which was an A recommendation,while the rest of the scales were a B recommendation.Conclusion The four scales recommended by grade A have good reliability and validity,which can be the priority choice for clinical measurement of relevant constructs.
