摘要
随着我国工业化进程的不断推进,新工科建设背景下的纺织工程专业践行OBE教育理念,从社会和行业的需求出发,构建人才培养体系。明确培养目标,优化课程体系,制定合理评价指标,构建持续改进机制;转变教育思想,更新教育观念,积极引导学生,形成适应时代发展的纺织工程专业人才培养模式,为新工科背景下高校提高人才培养质量提供参考与借鉴。
Textile engineering majors practice the OBE education concept under the background of new engineering construction,and build talents cultivation system from the needs of the society and the industry.with the continuous advancement of industrialization in our country.According to the training structure,the cultivation program is clearly defined,the curriculum system is optimized,the evaluation index is rationally formulated,and the continuous improvement mechanism is constructed.Educational ideas are changed,educational concepts are updated,and students are actively guided to form a talent training model for textile engineering that adapts to the development of The Times,which provides reference and reference for colleges and universities to improve the quality of talent cultivation under the background of new engineering.
