摘要
通过研究高锰酸盐指数分析仪的组成和原理,确定合理的计量特性,对高猛酸盐指数分析仪的温度偏差、消解时间计时偏差、示值误差和重复性等计量指标进行校准,建立具有可操作性的校准方法,并且科学地评定校准结果的测量不确定度。从而对高猛酸盐指数分析仪有较为全面的分析和了解,形成一个较为先进、实用的校准方法,对规范该类仪器校准具有实际意义。
By studying the composition and principle of the permanganate index analyzers,the reasonable metrological characteristics are determined,and the metrological indicators such as temperature deviation,timing deviation,indication error and repeatability of the permanganate index analyzers are calibrated.A calibration method with operability is compiled,and the measurement uncertainty of the calibration result is scientifically evaluated.In this way,a more comprehensive analysis and understanding of the permanganate index analyzers can be formed,and a more advanced and practical calibration method can be formed,which has practical significance for standardizing this kind of instrument.
