摘要
目的探讨呼吸功能强化训练联合延续照顾方案在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择2021年1月至2023年1月我院收治的112例COPD患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各56例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用呼吸功能强化训练联合延续照顾方案,比较两组的肺功能、运动功能、呼吸功能及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组的FEV1、FVC、MVV及6MWT距离均高于对照组,Borg量表评分、SGRQ评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论呼吸功能强化训练联合延续照顾方案可明显改善COPD患者的肺功能、运动功能及呼吸功能,提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of respiratory function intensive training combined with continuous care program in nursing of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 112 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given respiratory function intensive training combined with continuous care program on the basis of the control group.Results After intervention,the FEV1,FVC,MVV and 6MWT distance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the Borg scale score and SGRQ score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Respiratory function intensive training combined with the continuous care program can significantly improve the lung function,motor function,respiratory function and quality of life of COPD patients.
