一种漏水自动关断系统设计

摘要 日常生活中,水管破裂、设备故障、水阀忘关等造成漏水的情况时有发生,漏水将导致水资源浪费或造成间接财产损失。针对漏水问题,设计一种漏水自动关断系统,并进行试验验证,给出系统方案设计、各部件组成、控制方式、试验验证等。该系统能自动检测水管中水流是否长时间未关断,若连续水流时间超过设置值,则系统通过电机带动机械手自动关闭水阀,避免水资源的大量浪费。由于该系统时间设置灵活,并自带水力发电机,无需自备或外部供电,使用和安装非常方便。 In daily life,water leakage caused by water pipe rupture,equipment failure and water valve failure occurs from time to time,which will lead to waste of water resources or indirect property loss.In order to solve the problem of water leakage,an automatic turn-off system of water leakage is designed,and the experimental verification is carried out,and the system scheme design,composition of components,control mode,test verification and so on are given.The system can automatically detect whether the water flow in the water pipe has not been turned off for a long time.If the continuous flow time exceeds the set value,the system automatically closes the water valve by driving the manipulator through the motor,which avoids a lot of waste of water resources.Because the time setting of the system is flexible,and it has its own hydrogenerator,it does not need self-provided or external power supply,thereby is very convenient to use and install.
